Prohibited delivery of dangerous goods "electronic music candles

DHL packet and the Dutch packet service providers informed that the current market, "electronic music candles" (Intelligent Candles) generally contain gunpowder, are dangerous goods. The post office prohibits the shipment of such goods or any dangerous goods, such as the service providers found that such shipments or other dangerous goods will be directly destroyed and not returned to the freight, and the consignor will be in a huge fine (RMB10000 per ticket ).
