5. The parameter values must have a battery factory logo on all lithium-ion batteries, such as battery voltage, battery capacity, etc;
6, prohibit send transport scooter, balance vehicle, an electric wheelchair, and beyond the limits of pure lithium battery capacity of the battery;

  1) Lithium ion battery: each cell (CELL) <20WH or each battery (BATTERY) <100WH;
